A small wizard frog, half hidden in the dark forest, worked over a cauldron that never quite stopped moving. His robes were a little too big. His hat was crooked. And nobody, not even he, knew why the three magical creatures would find him.
 
But they did. They wandered past the mushrooms and the low branches, deeper and deeper into a forest where magic happens quietly, where the trees know secrets, and where the animals whisper about things they don't understand.
 
Where did you come from? the frog asked them.
We don't know, they replied.
Why are you here?
We don't know that either.
