When will my first print arrive? Your first print is posted shortly after you join, then you’ll receive your next one at the start of the following month. It becomes a lovely little rhythm to look forward to. What if I join partway through the month? You’ll still receive the current month’s print, so you’re not missing out. You can join at any time and start from wherever we are. Will I have missed earlier prints or story chapters? Not at all. Each print stands on its own, and if you’d like to catch up, past prints and chapters are available inside the members hub for you to explore in your own time. Do I have to follow the story or join in the community? No - it’s completely up to you. Some people enjoy following the story and getting involved, others simply receive their print each month and enjoy it quietly. Both are perfect. Can I pause or cancel my membership? Yes, anytime. There’s no pressure to stay - you can pause or cancel whenever you need to. What if my print arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive? Just send me a message and I’ll sort it for you. I always make sure you’re looked after. Where do you ship to? I’m based in the UK and post prints out from here. If you’re further afield, just bear in mind delivery may take a little longer. What exactly will I receive each month? A hand-signed A5 animal art print, along with the next chapter of The Forest of Lost Things story. You’ll also get access to a digital version of the print. Is this a subscription? Yes - it’s £10 per month, and you can leave whenever you like. Is it suitable as a gift? Yes, it makes a really thoughtful gift. You can choose a one-off gift option, or let someone enjoy a print arriving each month.
