WHEN WILL MY FIRST PRINT ARRIVE? Your first print will be posted at the beginning of the month following your sign up. For example, if you join in June, your first print will arrive in July. Join in July and your first print will arrive in August. All prints are sent together in one monthly print run. WHAT IF I JOIN PARTWAY THROUGH THE MONTH? No problem at all. Whenever you join, you'll receive the next print being created for the club. You'll also get immediate access to the Smilers Hub, story chapters, digital artwork, member perks, and all the behind the scenes updates while the next print is being painted. WILL I HAVE MISSED EARLIER PRINTS OR STORY CHAPTERS? Not at all. Each print and story chapter can be enjoyed on its own, and if you'd like to catch up, past chapters and prints are available inside the Smilers Hub for you to explore in your own time. DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW THE STORY OR JOIN IN WITH THE COMMUNITY? No, not at all. Some people love following the story, voting for animals, and joining in with the community. Others simply enjoy receiving a happy little print through the post each month. Both are equally welcome here. CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? Yes, anytime. There's no pressure at all. You can pause or cancel whenever you need to. WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOESN'T ARRIVE? Just send me a message and I'll sort it for you. I always make sure my collectors are looked after properly. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? I'm based in the UK and post everything from here. UK postage is free and international postage is £5. WHAT EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE EACH MONTH? A hand signed A5 animal art print, along with the next chapter of The Forest of Lost Things. You'll also receive a digital version of the artwork to keep, access to the Smilers Hub, entry into the monthly original artwork draw, and the chance to help choose future animals and prints. IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION? Yes. It's a monthly membership for £10 per month, and you're free to leave whenever you like. IS IT JUST ONE PRINT EACH MONTH, OR CAN I COLLECT MORE? Your monthly print is the heart of the club, but there are usually other little extras along the way too. Inside the Smilers Hub, members get access to a special print shop filled with favourite past prints, member only extras, and occasional new releases that aren't available publicly. I regularly update the shop based on Smilers suggestions too, so it's always growing and changing over time. Members also receive discounts on my canvas collections, original paintings, and commissions. And every now and then, I'll pop little surprise extras into envelopes simply to make people smile. CAN I SEE THE NEXT PRINT BEFORE I JOIN? Usually, yes. Once the next month's animal has been chosen and painted, I'll share it before the next print run goes out. Sometimes you'll be joining because you love the featured print. Other times you'll be joining for the surprise, the story, and the excitement of seeing what arrives next month.
