What materials do I need? Basic supplies are enough to get started. Watercolours, acrylic paints, a few brushes, pencil and paper is plenty. Each lesson includes a simple list of what you need, and I always encourage using affordable, starter materials rather than spending a lot. How long are the lessons? Most lessons are around an hour, so you can sit down and properly get into a piece. There are also shorter sessions, including a section of quick 5 to 10 minute sketches if you want something lighter or don’t have much time. Do I need to follow everything in order? No. You can pick whatever you feel like and start there. There is no set path and nothing you need to complete. How often is new content added? New lessons are added regularly as I teach and create new work. It is a growing space, not something that stays the same. Is this suitable if I am a complete beginner? Yes. Everything is explained step by step and you can go at your own pace. It is designed to feel manageable, not overwhelming. How much time do I need? As little or as much as you like. You can dip in for a short session or spend longer when you have the time. Can I cancel anytime? Yes. There are no contracts and you can cancel whenever you like. How do I know where to start? You can simply choose a lesson that catches your eye and begin. There is no right or wrong place to start, although there is a suggested “start here” area if you are unsure.
