Kids Draw & Paint (Ages 6 -10 approx)

A fun and encouraging class for younger artists who love drawing, painting, and getting creative.

​

Each session introduces a new project, chosen by the children themselves, designed to build confidence and creativity.

​

Children draw along with me, in a step by step demonstration of the chosen subject, then they have the freedom to add colour and details as they wish, with guidance if necessary.

​

The focus is on enjoying art, experimenting, and building skills step by step in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Kids Sketching (Ages 10+ approx)

This class is designed for older children who enjoy drawing and want to develop their skills further.

We focus mainly on pencil sketching and observation, learning how to draw animals, objects, and scenes with better proportions, shading, and detail.

Students begin to understand how artists see shapes, light, and form, helping them build confidence in their drawing.

Perfect for children who love drawing and would like to improve their technique while still keeping the class relaxed and enjoyable.

Children can come to both classes if they wish, as they are on alternate Thursdays.

Adult Beginners

Always wanted to learn to draw or paint but never known where to start?

​

This friendly beginner class introduces the foundations of art step by step. We explore drawing, colour, simple painting techniques, and how to approach different subjects.

​

The class is small, relaxed, and supportive, making it ideal for anyone who feels a little nervous about starting.

​

Many people join simply to enjoy a calm creative evening each week while learning new skills.

No experience required.

Adult Next Steps

This class is for adults who already enjoy art and would like to keep developing their skills.

​

Each class we study a different subject together. I guide the group step by step so everyone understands how to approach the drawing, shapes, and composition.

​

After that, you can experiment with your chosen medium - whether that’s pencil, watercolour, acrylic, coloured pencils, or something else - while I help you develop your own piece.

​

You’ll receive as much guidance and support as you need, making it a relaxed class where you can learn, try new things, and continue improving your art.

​

You are welcome to come to both classes if you wish, as they are on alternate Thursdays.
