Questions people often ask
WHEN WILL MY FIRST PRINT ARRIVE? Join by the last day of the month and your first print is posted at the beginning of the next month. Want something sooner? Add last month’s print at checkout and I’ll post it straight away. DO I HAVE TO JOIN IN WITH THE COMMUNITY? No, not at all. Some people love joining on the chat, voting for what animals I paint next, and being in for a chance to win the original painting. But you can enjoy the prints arriving monthly without joining in. CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? Yes, anytime. There's no pressure at all. You can pause or cancel whenever you need to. WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOESN'T ARRIVE? Just send me a message and I'll sort it for you. I always make sure my collectors are looked after properly. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? I'm based in the UK and post everything from here. UK postage is free and international postage is £5. IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION? Yes. It’s £10 a month, taken on the 1st of each month, and you can leave whenever you like. IS IT JUST ONE PRINT EACH MONTH, OR CAN I COLLECT MORE? Your monthly print is the heart of the club, but you can collect others too. Members get access to a special print shop filled with favourite past prints and occasional new releases that aren't available publicly. Members also receive discounts on my canvas collections, original paintings, and commissions. WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY PRINT? If it really isn’t your cup of tea, let me know and I’ll refund that month’s cost for you. This has never happened though.
